Les brings his background in mergers and acquisitions as well as strategic planning to the practice of real estate. His professional mindset and sensitivity to the nuances of complex transactions, including sourcing, analysis, due diligence and negotiation, play well into his success as Realtor.

With a track record of sound decision-making and dynamic execution as a senior executive, Les created shareholder value through win/win divestiture strategies with such partners as AT&T, American Airlines and IBM. The same resourceful negotiator today, he forges relationships that strengthen profit and competitive edge.

Les is a licensed real estate Broker with the state of California. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a PhD in Musical & Theatrical Art Research from the St. Petersburg State Conservatory in Russia.

An avid yoga practitioner and writer, Les plays an active role in guiding a number of philanthropic and professional arts related programs.

Olga holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Pedagogy from the St. Petersburg State Academy of Culture. An accomplished vocalist, she maintains passions for music, cooking and animals.
